Policy surface
What we collect, and what happens to it.
This policy covers the request form and the operational records behind it.
What we collect
When you submit the request form the site may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, service category, property type, optional neighborhood or area context, timeline, project notes, attribution data (such as the page you started from and any campaign parameters), and technical submission data including IP-based anti-abuse records.
How request data is used
Request data is used to review your project, decide who should follow up, contact you about the request, and maintain internal anti-spam, rate-limiting and operational records. Your request is shared with the one contractor selected to handle it, and with nobody else.
No mass lead resale
This site is not a lead-resale system. Referral relationships affect where a request is routed, but a request goes to one route. It is not sold to a pool of contractors, listed for bidding, or passed to a national network.
Where data is stored
Request records and operational logs may be stored in Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and related systems for routing, review and internal reporting. Brokered requests may also be stored in ottobot-managed operational storage so the routing team can follow up.
Analytics
The site loads Google Analytics after the page has finished rendering, and uses it to count page views, form starts and completed requests. It is not used to build advertising profiles from this site.
Your choices
If you do not want your request routed through this system, do not submit the form. If you have an immediate safety hazard, contact 911 or your utility provider rather than submitting a web form. Policy updates may be reflected on this page without separate notice.
