Dwell St George is a local intake and screening site for St. George-area homeowner requests. Requests are passed to a contractor selected for the trade and the job. The site does not claim to be the direct operating contractor for every category listed.

No guarantee of assignment

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch, pricing, contractor availability, or project completion. Routing depends on category, fit, timing, geography and partner availability, and some requests are declined.

Homeowner responsibility

You remain responsible for evaluating quotes, licences, insurance, scope and final agreements with any contractor you choose to hire. Utah contractor licences can be verified directly with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing. This site does not replace that due diligence.

No emergency service

This site does not operate an emergency line and has no emergency page. If a situation is urgent or unsafe, call a local company, your utility provider, or 911 directly instead of using this form.

Content and form use

Do not use the site to submit false, unlawful, abusive, automated or spam content. Submissions that appear abusive or low quality may be rejected, filtered or rate-limited.
